Our online support group for 13-18 year olds, formerly Youth Connect, is now known as Teens Online Support Group.

The role of our support groups is to allow people with eating disorders to talk about their experiences in a safe space. Sometimes people talk about their worries, how their week has gone, the upcoming week and how they are coping or struggling.

Our Teens Oline Support Group is open to 13 – 18 year olds and takes place on Sunday evenings from 7:30pm-9pm. 

Returning and new users are always welcome, of course.
