Aoife O’Toole, University College Cork – Women’s Studies Master’s student, is researching how people experience body changes, ageing, and societal pressure and what might help during perimenopause with regard to re-framing and unlearning internalised ” western beauty standards”.
Who can take part? People living in Ireland aged 30-55, who are currently experiencing perimenopause (naturally or medically induced), including cis women, trans men, non-binary people assigned female at birth, and trans women whose hormonal changes parallel perimenopause.
