We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new secondary school programme ‘Inside Out.’ Developed in collaboration with teachers, young people and mental health professionals this two-part educational resource is designed to improve body image and social media literacy. The lessons include expert video content, real-life stories, and guided worksheets which aim to encourage reflection and discussion.

With 15th October marking the launch of National Lived Experience Awareness Day and it being International Adolescent Health Week, it felt fitting that we were joined by the wonderful lived experience participants of the programme’s video series, as well as other students involved, for a premier screening of the video resources that will be available to schools nationwide.
