The interactive sessions will be facilitated by Bodywhys, who will provide structure and psychoeducation on each topic. Carers can:
- Share lived experience
- Gain information relating to unique topics
- Provide mutual peer support
For each topic, we invite carers to reflect on:
- What is it like?
- What are the specific challenges?
- What is helpful?
- What have you learned?
Attending the PiLaR Programme before participating is recommended. Places will be limited so expressing your interest in advance is recommended.
Booking can be made for each individual session by emailing: pilar@bodywhys.ie
As each month will cover a unique theme, there is no requirement that participants attend all sessions.
